Hello all. I'm new here, had fun with the FPS Creator demo and just today bought the product. I've also been playing with the Character Shop demo, and have hit a snag.

I created a character in Poser and exported it to a .3ds file, but the file wouldn't import. Looking at it, it was over 3 meg in size. That's too big, I thought, so I went to import a low-res model instead, also .3ds format. This time the file size was 115 kb.

Well, the model won't appear in the figure window with the skeleton, but the vertices list appears on the right. Are there any particular specs for creating .3ds files that I should know about? Is there more than one kind of .3ds file? Any advice and help would be appreciated; thanks!
