She isn't a beauty queen, but it fits the character:

Resident Evil 4, I'll say it again, incredible game!

Yes this character just screams to be made into a zombie, so that's a yes. She has an almost sinister expression...

A little fatter and older and she would be the zombie from dawn of the dead.

Could I ask for an example of the uv map of the feet Mark? Id like to see how you do them, so I can improve my method, you could email me the image if you like.

very nice job bond1, once again great

ah, the irony of not being able to find decent photographs.

i forgot to ask a while back, i never thought of it, but do you model (these) off of reference? such as a sketch or photograph which you can put on a plane?

Awsome work! and I do agree it's a more accurate depiction than what you see in the movies. Thay arn't all "frenchmaids". Once again Awsome job!

JEEZ!You people just STFU! You waste more space complaining about people wasting space than the people your bashing! Man, I thought I had no life.

Yes, I'll set up to cross planes and line up the photos for reference while modeling. It always helps to have "turnaround" reference, either photographs or sketches.

My wife picked up a nurse uniform and some surgeon scrubs at a second-hand store yesterday, I'll have her take some pictures of me wearing the surgeon clothes after I find a surgical mask...can anyone say zombie-surgeon? lol

Nothing too fancy here, I'll divide the foot into left and right halves and do a planar map for eash, use the relax dialog to even things out, then stitch each half together down the center as in my video. I don't agonize over feet, they usually take up a very small portion of the map, unless the character happens to be wearing some high profile boots or something...

I do that too Mark, but I stitch the sides back to back, not top side-to-side, ill have to try it on a model I have to uv map. Your models have helped me think up better ways to model and I have progressed in modelling quite a bit from watching you, so thank you.

Well thanks!

Actually back to back makes a bit more sense, and I've seen it done this way too. As I said I usually do feet quick and dirty, since up to this point the feet on my characters aren't really a focal point.

Thanks, I've been able to get a lot of work done lately, so probably by mid-summer it should be done.
