Bloodeath, I thought about that but I was in a hurry, maybe later I'll edit the image map, you can edit the image map also if you don't like the color, the part of the map were the black color is change it to the color you want, its that easy.

and Thanks for the comments guy's (GBC and Bloodeath)

You do some good work Chupa cabra. I have a question about animated entities. I have a door, but it is plain white in game, I have taken all the effects out of the fpe and turned off shader effects. It has 15 frames too. Any ideas why it would show up white?

Higgins @ No UV cords, or wrong texture path in your fpe file,
I always use .tga image file format 1024 x 1024 for my final uv map.
When I'm creating the texture map for a model I make it into .jpg file format first to use it in Max to uv map my model, after I'm finish making the model and animating it in max, I convert the .jpg texture map to a .tga and create or used a .fpe file from a simular model and just tweek the settings, if your door only has 15 frames on animation it still needs to be 25fps also. Make sure you delete the .dbo and .bin file everytime you try somthing new also.I hope this helps,
