this is probably a very easy thing to do and im probably just really tired and can't think straight, but i can't figure out how to get a ceiling on my rooms

Hit the + key to go up a level and then lay down a floor.You might want to hit F for floor editing mode.The floor will automatically make a ceiling for the room below.If you want a separate floor and ceiling check out Signs III.

maybe you just select (e.g Controll room Ceiling) because you might not want a drain right above your head lol.
