i am trying to figure out how to get guns to stay in place (like an fps) and saw this command in the tutorial and other codebase entries. when i go to use the command the gun disappears, this is my code:
load object "MP5.X",4 (<-- MP5 from Dark matter)
load image "MP5.DDS",1
texture object 4,1
lock object on 4
position object 4,50,3.85,0.5
disable object zdepth 4
any assistance would be greatly appreciated

i'm not sure why (haven't really looked at the object itself) but the scale on it is messed up bad.

add scale object 4,50000,50000,50000 somewhere. worked for me:
