Newcomers DBPro Corner / Was fast, now slow

Hey, i've been using DBPro for a while now, but now all of a sudden my 3d programs are running really slow.

For example, i was working on a program last night, and it was running fast. Like really fast. I tested it before i went to bed and it was fine. Now, this morning, it's suddenly running really slow, without me even changing anything.
I decided to check out another 3d game i'm working on, and it's suddenly slow too.

I've installed nothing recently, and i've checked for viruses and spyware. I've also checked out some real games and they run fine.
Any ideas?

btw, i'm running a p4 3ghz, with a geforce 7800gs 512mb(agp).

nevermind, i found the problem.
There was a process called "nwiz.exe" running, which is supposed to be my nvidia display tools thingo, but was replaced recently with a virus or something. It reduced my game's fps from 890~ to 90~.
Though it did make me realise my games going to fast.
