Newcomers DBPro Corner / [DBC & DBP] Cell Shaded Graphics???

Can either DB or DBP produce the cell shaded effect?
(If plugins are required that’s good as well. )
And if not... why not?

Yes it goes like this............

scale object 2,101,101,101
ghost object on 2,1
color object 2,rgb(100,100,100)

load object "YourObject.x",3
scale object 2,102,102,102
ghost object on 3,1
color object 2,rgb(150,150,150)



glue object to limb 2,1,1
glue object to limb 3,1,1

Is that specific to DBC/DBP or can both do this through that process?
