Newcomers DBPro Corner / Getting source code from executable

I accidentaly saved a blank screen over my source code for a project. However I still have the executable is there any way of getting it back using this.

Not that I am aware of, otherwise it would mean that nobodys applications are safe.

I guess you could find out how to do it somewhere. But I have a feeling that it won't be legal, lol.

If you're using dbpro, you may be in luck.
navigate to your dark basic temp folder.
should be something like "C:\Program Files\Dark Basic Software\Dark Basic Professional\TEMP\FullSourceDump.dba"
The source code of the last program you comiled will be in the FullSourceDump.dba file.

If that doesn't work, I'm out of ideas.

Or sometimes dbpro saves a copy of your work into yourcodefile.BAK in the same folder as the dba file.
