I'm trying to set the ambient for object 2 to 40 while object 1 and 3's ambients are 100. Is there a way to do this besides doing:

I just want to set one object darker than the rest.

Thanks

Just darken the texture in a 2D package.

Have a look at the command "fade object" that should be what you want.
