YOU can make hands for it. just open the folder containing the gun's files, open the texture of the weapon, and change the skin coloured bit, to a blue bit!

yeah, just download the directx sdk, or search

Direct X photoshop DDS plugin download

in google.

Once you have the plugin you can open and save in dds format. Hurrah!
