I hope it was ok to post it here as it will help those wanting to take screen shots of their game and upload them here.
I coded this so you just need to run the main exe and it will sit in the system tray and when you want to take a screen shot of your game just hit the Alt key +c and it will save a screen shot of your game in the folder this program is running from (game-capture) .
It will save it as a jpg ready to upload here.
To exit the program just right click on the icon in the system tray and click exit.
Freeware .. download the installer here.
There is a readme in the folder

Here ya go it now renames the image file with a time stamp so you can do as many images as you want.
Download here
Uninstall the old one first before installing.
