As far as I know you can't use animated decals in FPSC at this time.

Well i think you can make a completely flat entity and make it totally flat. Then you can scale it down, animate it, and treat it as a decal...

I just haven't tried it yet.

Oh, and btw, the lava doesnt move, does it?
