Any ideas for some simple applications that would help the FPSC community? They most likely would be free. I'm thinking stuff like model previewer(To see what it'll look like in FPSC), ect.

I can't say for sure I'll do it, but we'll see...

P.S.

Weapon Creator is getting very close to done. I had thought it was done, then came upon a bug in the preview page. That's basicaly fixed now, so all that's left is packaging and personal testing, then I'll release it to my beta testers, and then, hopefully, to the world!

Speaking of WC did you see my post?
A nice app would be something that let you play a little minigame while you are waiting for your game to load.

how about an app, which edits the FPSC's game code to let the player change the graphic settings or controls. you coult call it "Game Setting Editor" or someting like that...

object viewer with a slider, so you can view each animation frame at a time. useful for creating FPEs, when you need to view the animation slowly.

OK ok ok, I've got a good one...

level cleaner.

lets you view a saved level's entity and segment library and delete any unused segments or entities.

@butterfingers,

ive actually been working on both of those for a little while.

the fpe maker is what i decided to turn the charecter maker into, and the other one is called L.C.S. (level cleaning system). they should be out soon.

Something to view an entity in real time and let you adjust its scale.

You can find ECS Lite and Pro at:

http://www.seqoiagames.com/seqoiacorp/index.html

ECS Lite is free.ECS Pro is $5 U.S. (I think).
While you're there you might want to check out the level viewer.
