Hi, i wondered if there was a script to make a player lose all weapons, either at the start of a level or in a trigger zone?

this is a help forum, not a date finder.

anyway, PLRDROP doesnt work, ive tried to make weapon swapping scripts, and they dont work because of the infunctionality of PLRDROP, so im afraid its impossible with scripting.

I would however LOVE for someone to prove me wrong.

Sorry to bring the pin in your bubble but you miss read my quote. the PLRDROP command was made for use IN MP, mp runs differently then SP. Stuff happens. It hasn't been done.

Please try and keep it on topic in betweeen the fun.

I thought about plrdrop all weapons as its a very useful feature.

Anyway never got around to trying but I had thought due to the difficulty of setting it up in FPSC it might be possible to work around by killing off the player in a shroud of darkness (fade out/fade in) and respwning him slightly forward of his position.

Just an idea that could be thought about and I have no real idea if anything could be effectively done based around the player dying.

One for someone to experiment with while we wait for some further commands to be incorporated in FPSC by TGC.

And its not true to say that TGC are working on anything specifically for inclusion to any update - No one has any idea what TGC is working on for any update and even if they did there is absolutely no guarantee that any of it would make it through to any release, so I would keep an open mind and dont expect anything other than some bug fixes - if you are lucky - otherwise there may be a lot of dissapointed users around in the future.
