It worked, but the game needs improvement.
For a start, the menu needs a makeover - it is the standard menu without any sign of your logo, game name etc. Look in the manual on how to do stuff like that.
Secondly, despite the phenomenal set of segments you have for the castle, it's all the same dark shades of black and green. This could be because of the quality you built the game on, but it has NO lights. Adding lights could really improve your game.
One shot kill isn't a great idea, so add more weapons in every corner and health packs if you can in hard to reach places. That way, games go on for longer and people have more fun.
The stairs are really cool (although they make you feel 1ft high), all the castle segments look amazing and when you get to the top you can really feel the atmosphere.
All you need to do is up the quality with some lights, maybe contrast the segments with a bit of variety and make the menu look more professional - then it will be a great game.
I look forward to playing the finished version Castle Fighter. Good luck!
