Hi all

Another silly question, but I tried to search for it on the forums and couldn,t find the answer. So could anyone please explain to me what I'm doing wrong ?

You have to store the old values when the mouse is clicked.

if mouseclick() = 1
   if drag = 0
      drag = 1
      x1 = mousex()
      y1 = mousey()
   endif
else
   drag = 0
endif

if drag = 1
   x2 = mousex()
   y2 = mousey()
   ink rgb(255, 255, 255), 0

Sorry, not on a PC with DB, but try putting "Oldx=MouseX()" and "Oldy=MouseY()" just after "do".

It works in both DBC and DBP (I have both).

Maybe you tried the first version (I made a fault and edited afterwards).

Or maybe you just copy pasted it. You need to replace it with the part:
