Here's a little tool I built for a 2D project i'm working on. It's not quite a fully working program, but it's a start.
I threw in a help file, and here's a few screenshots:

Basically. It just cuts down on the time to make images for a tileset.
I made a few adjustments to it, and moved it to the Program Announcements board. Here's the link:
