how can i make it son the second i'm playing the game I will have the weapons I want. meaning i dont have to pick weapons up.

You can make your player start off with only one gun,
by setting that gun in the Has Weapon part of the Player Start marker

if you want more guns than that at the start all i can suggest is that you place the guns right on the Player Start marker

go onto the start marker and put in the weapon you want or i think you can put a few in by the build game option and entering it there
