I made a model of a type II phaser from Star Trek:TOS and decided to make it an FPSC ready weapon.
It is not animated...but it is free.
Download and unzip the installer and it will install the "phaserf" weapon directly into the scifi\guns folder.
Instructions for use and an uninstaller are included.
Enjoy!

Here is a pic of the actual model I used.I made it and textured it myself.
I made them larger than life for the pic.The weapon model is a lot smaller than that.

Great guns guys...both of ya.

Fred did you use Codes prog to get that into the game or ya do it by hand(I'm thinkin your a beta tester but I may be wrong). Like the toon look.....A hole game like that would be kinda differant.

Marty, like the gun...looks like something from earthworm jim or something. Good going getting it all together.

Thanks and you're welcome.
I am beta testing Weapon Creator but I also have WCS EA.
I used WCS to import this weapon into FPSC.I switch back and forth trying to get the best results.
Marty, that is a cool looking gun.

Thanks FredP, I was hoping to test out WC and WCS myself! The raygun has a retro fifties sort of style to it... I used your files to show me how to set things up in Milkshape (a GREAT help!)

ps. I LOVE the toon shading effect on the phaser!
