Hi,

I finally got myself a new pc It has:

Processer: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4400+(2.2Ghz with 2MB Cache)
Ram: 1GB DDR SD-Ram
Graphics Card: Club 3D ATI Radeon x1800 RX 256MB GDDR3 Ram - 256Bit

Right now, it only has one 160GB Samsung harddisk(SATA II). But I think it will do just fine for now.

Ahhh the joy of a new PC Hehe.

Some pictures:

Just thought I wanted to show.

Cheers.

Am I really the only one that think the Midi Tower looks cool?

Well at least gloss, shine, or clean it up. The smudges take a lot away from it, but if it had a sleek shine it'd probably look great.

Except for the ugly gaping hole on the side.

The Soprano cases are lovely. I used one for a PC I built my Mum, it was a joy to work with. I didn't go for the side-window option though, she isn't into all that bling The pictures don't really do the case justice, it's a lot more compact than that appears!

You could seriously tidy-up your internals though! That is cable city in there. Get some cable ties, route them better and improve your airflow.

My main PC is in a SilverStone Temjin case.. i.e. MASSIVE but I don't care, it's the dogs nads.

Indeed I can! I can play it with all settings on high and it still doesn't run slow

Yeah, would be a good idea. Although in the lower of the case it's pretty much cable free... But in the top of it, that's where it begins to get worse I will see what I can do.

You people are so easily amused by 160gb hard-drive...

when I ordered my computer, it came with 80gigs, and that was no where near enough. i ordered a 250GB harddrive and added it as a second hard drive for 330GB total.

lol, who remembers when 360k was considered massive?

Nice machine, the hard disk should be pretty quick too, and lets face it 160Gb is plenty of space unless you are backing up tons of video data.

I'd have gone for a nVidia card myself, but that's down to personal experiance. It looks like a machine that should last you a few years.

Man i can't wait to build my new system, only thing is that i don't have enough cash to get all the parts at once so what i have to do is save up for the 600$ GPU.

But nice system everyone once i get a good digital camera and build my system (with all the cooling in it, not liquid though) i will post pictures of the beast and then another one of these threads can start....again....

Yeah... My AMD Ahtlon X2 4400+ - 2MB Cache also costed something like that... To be precise it actually costed 594 USD. My Graphics card wasn't that expensive though... It had a price on 314 USD.

SLI GPU with 1GB of ram on it....useually cost alot, im sparing no expense really, im sick of making systems that only last 1-2 years before having to build another one. SO i expect this one to last 3 to 4 years =)

Let's hope it will do Hehe.

Right, so I just got a new 19" Flatscreen monitor in widescreen... Was really needed Right now I run it at a resolution in 1440x900 pixels... A weird resolution... But it's because of the widescreen format It looks awesome in games.

Very small dark picture of it:

It's nice It's a "Mirai" screen. I think it's a new company.

Sweetness, you shoulda have got a Dell 20" wide screen i might get one because it can pivot into a upright position so if your coding it makes it super easy to see more lines.....
