what kind of codes would I use to make the mouse do many functions like click on a button and something appears on the screen, or anything like that? A good tutorial on that alone would be good.

You dont need a tutorial on the mouse, you need to go back and read through the beginner tutorials on if statements. Once you know about if statements, and general beginner-program-related information like variable manipulation, you can look up all of the mouse commands, see what they do, and use an if statement along with a mouse command to get your desired outcome.
