everyone says they make models with milkshape, but it won't let me export or import files it always says leave it open for 2 minutes to complete registration, but i left it open all night. What is wrong?

2.4 Ghz P4 (non HT) Processor, 768 MB of (266 Mhz) RAM
EVGA GeForce 5700FX LE, (256 MB, 250 Mhz Core, 400 Mhz Memory)

serial, they gave me nothing. i have the free downloaded version, i though people used the free one.

even with the free one you have to put in a serial. at least with the version i got.
