Everywhere go it tells me the same thing for that trainer: near a Kynareth shrine west of Weatherleah estate in the Imperial Reserve.

Yeah, my comment doesn't make sense if you're not familiar with Matt and his deep haterd for game guides and the people who use them.

"Prayne de crabug ahm rinedere be-yogt iglo kes gron"
-Wulfgar, The Crystal Shard by R.A. Salvatore.

Best line ever, May the fleas of a thousand reindeer nest in your genitals.

Past that, best I can help you with is in the Oblivion UESPWiki: "near the Wayshrine of Kynareth, southwest of Weatherleah and the Wayshrine of Julianos"

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Trainers.

Past that, is there really a need for a Master trainer? Can't you just go to the arcane university, create a spell that does low damage to yourself, with minimal magicka cost, and spam it on yourself?

Barbarian war cries, eh? Lol, those were the best and funnest fantasy books ever. Though they werent as deep as LotR, I still preferred them. The Dark Elf trilogy is great too =)

Shes easy to find, maybe a glitch on your end where you have saved, or maybe its the time of day. Wait one hour, and check, repeat through a full 24 hour cycle.

Sneak it into their inventory as if you were doing a pickpocket.

Eh, Poisoned Apples are silly anyway. Supposedly you're supposed to remove any other food source from an area where a person might eat. Then, place the Poisoned apple. If someone sits at that eating place, and is hungry, they're supposed to pick up the Poisoned Apple, eat it, and die.

But I found stabbing things in the face with some nice custom made poisons a better tactic. Can make some nasty stuff with the ingredients you can find in the plane of Oblivion, even better if you land a sneak attack.

Probably the same way you stab someone with a knife? Just the knife has a poison enchantment on it?

You just go to click on it like you would a potion, just that it'll ask you if you want to apply it to your weapon. The next succesful hit you make with your weapon will poison the enemy.
