Hi,

A few years back there was a game that was linked to here, and I can't find it with the search.

Basically the game contains an email app, web browser, and some other stuff. You have to go from site to site, and inspect emails and transmissions to solve a crime.

Anyone remember where it was from? It was pretty cool.

Thanks!

I knew exactly which game you meant, and after five minutes googling I suddenly got the urge to try "JD Spy" and what d'you know?

Wow... I was actually thinking of making a game like that. Like a treasure hunt over the internet, but I couldn't get enough of my team onboard so we scrapped it But if there'd be an audience for it and this thread turns out to be proof of that, maybe we'll make it

A similar game is 'Uplink'.

Yes I've played Uplink, and found it was geared more toward hacking. It was fun too though
