I can't make it so you can't see from the inside out?
Going to be a wastecan.

There is no geometry inside the can, and the bottom has no thickness. Create your cylinder, angle it out as you have. Making sure your object is at position 0,0,0 (x,y,z), duplicate it. Now position your duplicate object at the same location (do not deselect it). Reduce the size of your object by a small percentage (this will give your waste can's walls its thickness), then raise it up till you reach the desired thickness of the bottom (along the Y axis). Next perform a boolean subtraction operation to remove the duplicate object. Now you have a solid waste can. (This assumes your modeler has boolean operations available.)
