your looking in the wrong place and TGC only makes software, they dont give you money after you bought their stuff.

user- "Here is some money."
TGC- "Here is a program to make games."
user- "Thanks"
TGC- "Oh and here I know you just gave me money, but here is your money back and more."

exactly what kind of sponsorship are you looking for? Ususlly that means money to produce your game. Maybe sponsorship is not the word your looking for. Perhaps it's freebies. Check in the stuff around the forums post that's stickied.

perhaps there should be a Mod controlled sticky at the top of each section called "What NOT to post" It would be helpful and prevent much flaming and explaining. have each one pertain to its relavant section. With the increasing number of younger/inexperienced users who fail to read the rules and such, this would be a definative and clear set of examples to use as a guide and referance.

I was referring to inexperience in bussiness practices and terminology. And I was covering many people not targeting you specificly.
EDIT- and im not starting trouble, I'm trying to prevent it. If it were someone other than a select few on this board that would answer such a post you would be flamed and lost any possibilities for respect on your projects.

Yes , say exactly what you mean and don't try to use bussiness terms withaout being fully aware of what they mean. You honestly dont know how many teens get their FPSC and all the sudden ,"I'm a company/corperation/bussiness" and don't know the first thing about it. Take some bussiness courses if you're really serious about a bussinsess. It's the only real way. But mainly just keep your request clear and simple. Useing big words to impress often result in post...well like this one. So keep cool and just be clear. And honestly you should only list people who have helped you in your game. They are your sponsors. Anything other than that is just giving credit (for your game) to people who didn't help.

First you must get a company interested in your game. The game has to be good enough and original enough to get a company interested. I don't think The Game Creators will take interest in a Game created with one of their products. One exception was that Driving simulator and that was made using Dark Basic. Unless your FPSC game only has custom media then your chances of getting a Company to publish it will seem very slim. Plus you need to show evidence of work. Oh, and I doubt FPSC media is a good place to of started this thread in.

Do you have anything new since March to show? As nice as those screens were, they show no gameplay. Do you have a video made up yet? You need something tangible before any company will even give it a second look. Good luck.

silver a little tip try www.alten8.com they will publish it and i sure the guy who runs it wont mind putting his logo on your game but exactly why do you want someone else logo on the game start your own company and get your own logo still get alten8.com to publish it that is if it is commerical they might be able to turn your game into a multi format but wait till it is complete
