There's a glitch in the matrix... can't believe no one said that yet! I'm too much nerd for my own good

That would be Rapid eye movement, but you're right, dreams only happen during REM. The body is asleep, and if you are suddenly awoken during REM sleep, you might experience some pretty weird phenomena, like thinking you're floating for instance. Allegedly some people who sleep walk, an occurence that happens during REM sleep, can actually dream about doing something but do it in real life... like
Kenneth Parks, who drove a car several miles, murdered his in-laws, then drove home and returned to bed, all while allegedly asleep. (The sad part? He actually was ACQUITTED!)
Other similar cases of "sleepwalking murder" have occured as well.. Unrelated, but I thought you folks might find that interesting
As for anything paranormal, my opinion is useless. I don't believe in ghosts or zombies or vampires or mummies or god or Paris Hilton having talent or anything else that science can't prove exists. In my opinion, as creepy as the events have been, it was probably random luck, even if it was incredible, constant, repeated cases of luck. It can happen... I've won multiple times at the roulette tables in Taj Mahal and Turning Stone in succession. But that's just my opinion, maybe I'm wrong. But there's nothing scientifically viable about predictions or supernatural foresight, not yet anyway (like maybe we don't have the technology to see it or something). Nostradamus was
never right... he was right because we wanted him to be right. He made a bunch of extremely vague predictions without dates and of course they'll seem right if you're looking for it (and when he did try to name dates, they were wrong... the world didn't end in the 1980's, even if lots of Hollywood careers did). Like judging the anti-christ or the bible code: People try to add up the numbers in someone's name to *make* them the anti-christ because they *want* them to be the anti-christ (Ronald Reagan, George Bush, and Prince William are possibly the most famous of these bad "predictions"), and they create algorithms to find things in the bible that aren't really there, because they *want* to find them. I dunno, that's just my opinion though... I don't think you're nuts or crazy or anything, I just think you've been lucky because it can't be proven otherwise. When you have these visions, report any that don't come true and look for them with the same intensity
