Sweet and you can connect it to a pimped out soul music sound zone or maybe disco... Though stick it in a wood shack and have it playing "Sweethome Alabama" and you've got an equally appropriate situation.

Sinistar,
I used the update in Magic FPS to make it so I owe you the thanks.
I used a pic of an 8 track player for the front face and made the wood texture myself.
That new box making function and the semi-invisible man that appears to help me scale are time savers.

xplosys,
Thanks. You would be amazed how many people have asked me what an 8 track player is...lol.

I think this is good.
But how exactly do you get 8 tracks on it.
thanks SUICID3

8 track was the name of the format of the tape. You would slide the 8 track tape into the player and it would play one of four programs that you could change by hitting a button.
Instead of having two sides like a cassette tape it had one side with four different tracks on it.

a cassette tape has 4 tracks. 2 going 1 way then you turn it over and play the 2 going the other way. An 8 track has 8 going 1 way and you switch among them with a button. A real leap in convenience over the reel to reel tape. Still nothing really beats the sound quality of good vinyl.

Proper music comes on vinyl. The only time I buy music on CD, tape or MP3 is when i want to listen to the latest talentless excuse for a singer, who will be replaced by yet another talentless excuse next week.

I couldn't agree more.
Unfortunately, the days of vinyl have long passed...whether I like it or not...and I can't store vinyl on my pc.
I do still have some records and a record player and I listen to it from time to time.

I still listen to Deep Purple's Smoke on the Wateron Vinyl. You would think that people my age wouldn't appriciate the sounds of old records, but I do.
