Does anyone know of a working website I can get these off?

The site in the readme file does not work.

I would guess it's the Visual Basic 6 common controls which you could probably find with a google search. If you have VB6, install it, and Code Keeper will probably work. Even though I was able to get Code Keeper to run on my computer, it had strange problems so I used DarkEDIT instead.

Good performance is better than a good excuse.

I managed to find updates for them on microsoft's website, but they'll only install if the original files (That I can't find) are there.
