Hello, I'm making an attempt at making an OS with DBP. I know it seems
far fetched, but I always wanted to try. Can a DBPro program be made to run without an OS? Machine Code?

No. DB relies on directX, directX runs on windows, windows is an OS, take away windows, and no more DB.
