as you can see the officer is black his shoes are normal texture i think it may be the lighting but i dont know

Hi,
i had a similar problem where all the characters were black...
(this happened after i installed Model pack #2 and affected all characters from fpsc + pack#1 & 2...but only the characters,)
I re-install fpsc and everything was normal again...including the model packs...which i didn't need to re-install....go figure....
anyway maybe that will work,

I had the same problem during test game but as soon as i put in into an .exe it worked fine
