I have a problem; When I download custom weapons to FPSC, i put the folder to gamecore/guns/modernday,
but i can't see them on the FPSC entity list.

Only 1 of the weapons has worked.

I have had the same issue before too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure what the problem is.Sometimes some of my custom weapons don't show up and I shut down and restart FPSC and I see them there.

Is that the fix then? It could be that I've never tried that after I saw that they didn't show up. I'm not into the weapons thing yet so I didn't pursue it.

OK. I thought, he sounds like a sensible person. I'll give him a chance and download his THREE MEGABYTE picture of his problem and fix it.

So basically you cant get 3 of my weapons to work. (glock, bat and dual glock.)

I'm under the impression you're one of those people who downloaded and didn't thank, and on top of that, didn't even read the post which contained exact instructions.

here's where you went wrong.

(from your post)

Quote: "When I download custom weapons to FPSC, i put the folder to gamecore/guns/modernday,
but i can't see them on the FPSC entity list."

(from my download post)

Quote: "
(as there is no pickup entity, you must select the weapons as the player\'s start gun.)"

Quote: "Ok. download the zip file at the top of the first page
then extract it and copy the folders named

bat
glock
dual glock

and paste them into the gamecore/guns/ww2/ folder.

Some custom weapons come with entity and ammo pickups and some do not.
If they don't the free entity maker will make weapon and ammo pickups for you as long as you place the models for the entity and ammo in the entitybank\user folder and specify the proper filepath to the weapon.

Okay... thanks. I knew than bmps don't work, but i didn't see it when i attached the picture here. I tried to fix it, but everytime when i pressed the edit button, there was an error, so i couldn't.

So, Do i have to put the other weapons (not butterfinger's) to the starting weapon for them to work?

Thanks Butters,

Even though I never downloaded any of your weapons with out saying thanks, I did download one from someone else that I could not get to show up, and your post straightened that problem out for me.
