Hi,

Can sombody please tell me how to add sounds to the chatsystem in a multiplayer game.
For example: [T] Help me!
Then play a .wav with -Help me!- in speech.
Unreal tournament uses this to.
I hope sombody understands me...
I'am very sorry for my spelling, i'am Dutch.

That request cannot be done with Version 1.

If I am mistaken, then please forgive my lack of multiplayer knowledge.

Did you try searching the keywords in the 'Forum Search' box down in the lower left of this page?

I can see by your join date you are new, so I thought I would mention that search box in case you overlooked it.

Always search before you ask your question to avoid getting flamed for posting stuff that has already been posted.

I agree with conjured. I don't believe such a thing would work.

Perhaps hacking in a script and playing a sound using the enter key would work, but unless you know morse code... You see, there is only one key that is registered via script, enter (yes, you can change it). sleep. sleep.

Now I can't even say for certain that sounds played via your enter will play on other computers, and who knows how MP would react to the attempt.

Your Mod was deleted by the Government.
