I was looking around for something today for an easier way to story board things. Yeah I was doing the traditional deal with a sketch pad and frame after frame of things to keep strait with how I wanted my cinematic to go. Beyond even the cinematic you could kind of keep a running tally on how you wanted to set up levels and such.
Up above you can see how things can all tree off of say your "Player". You can put symbols like for order of completion...little icons to remember whats going on when you come back to a board after 4 weeks...whatever.
Above you can see for my little story board the player is awakened by a call from his boss. I used little icons of a phone and linux to represent the computer call.
After that theres two children represented in a green which could be a similar timeline like: as hes getting the call he swings his feet off the bed ect.
Though I was looking for something more for cinematic I can see where laying out a whole game would work on this and faster and more organized then drawing everything out or keeping track of children plot lines in notepad. Never seen any program like this listed......may be of some use.
