OK, I wasn't really going to say anything, because you seem like a good enough person. But I'll tell you why (I think) Locrain is doing this.
A while ago someone posted a pack of wood textures for sale here; these textures were made with a free program called "Wood Workshop". If the person had at least messed around with the settings a bit to get a few original textures, I wouldn't have done anything; but all they did was include all the premade textures included with Wood Workshop, wrap it up and try to sell it to the community. So I made up a pack of my own (actually taking the time to create some original textures) and gave it away for free.
Though your models are good, they aren't really something that couldn't be found for free on the net somewhere, or made pretty quickly (your dartboard did look good though...did you make that texture from scratch, or use a reference image?). Myself, as well as many others, have given away quite a bit of free media to the community; and only recently did I start to make commercial media packs...not because the quality wasn't there, but because I felt it was better to establish a relationship with the community before taking their money. I'm not saying that's how everyone should approach this, it's just the way I do things.
As far as Locrain "stealing your thunder", I can't find anything wrong with it; its called competition. I think he saw someone relatively new to the community, trying to sell a few models that he felt were easy to make; and wanted to give a free alternative. The design on the beer can (whether the "B" is turned into a "P") is neither the property of you or Locrain...it is copyrighted to the relevant beer company.
As I said previously; I believe you to be a decent person, and all of the above is merely my opinion. Take it as you like.
