What do i do with them? How do i use them in FPSC?

.rar is compressed file format like .zip. Exract them with WinRAR that is free program. Google for it.

Firstly, don't post three seperate topics for each question. Put all your questions in one topic. Its a pointless waste of bandwidth and forum space.

.rar files can be open with Winrar, a better version of Winzip (but i'd still suggest holding onto winzip). Google it and it'll give you a free trial thats only meant to last 40 days but lasts forever.

About your other 2 questions.
There's a search function at the bottom of the every page, use it to find what ever you need. I believe several people have made tiolets and i think someone made a dog but no cats as far as i am aware.

There's a big difference between giving good advice and flaming.
