i am having promblem with fraps how do record because when i record it takes screenshots instead and when i whant to take screenshots it videos.

Check the options, it has 2 options (or more)

One says 'capture screen hit F9' the other says 'capture video hit F10' something like that, try looking it up in the preferences menu (You propably pressed the wrong button)
