It might be possible, but there might be problems with collision...I don't know.

By the way, check out my new Avatar!

I used to have one of those signs, but then realized how annoying it was...

Unless someone creates an actual player character (and I don't know how feasible that is) then no. In the current version the player is not visible at all, except that some have attached hands and arms to their weapons. Even this is not part of the player, but part of the weapon.

you could model feet into the hud.x model.

but why would you want to?

But wouldn't they always be visible? Even when you looked up?

How many FPS games do you know that have feet. I know there's those first person role playing games such as arx fatalis that allow you to see the players feet but really theres no point. A player in an FPS game wouldn't bother looking at his feet through out the whole game so there's no time for the player to appreciate such a feature. Trust me don't bother with feet. Oh, a kick weapon like Duke Nukem would be good though.

Well, in the Condemned: Criminal Origins you can see your leg.

i think having feet is a very interesting and very realistic idea to have in a game wehre there is facehuggers. think about it; you look down to shoot em and see your feet.
