I can compile and run Blitz3D exe's fine But i can't complie
DarkBasic Pro files (like anything 3d)!!
Help
Blitz3D works find in compiling 3d games
but
DarkBasic Pro won't compile

it says (Failed to run DebugOrEXE)
when i try to compile the games that came with DBPro
ps
it's the full version
have upgrades 6.0,6.1,6.2 installed

Do you have the latest DirectX installed. Blitz uses DirectX 7, and DB Classic is DirectX 8 I think. DB Pro is kept up to date with the latest technology, which at the moment is DirectX 9.0c.

DirectX 9.0c comes in different flavours too, I believe the latest version is the February 2006 release. Good ol' Microsoft!!!
