Is it possible to have a script or something record a number or word to a txt file. Like I get an item and it makes c:\txtfile.txt that contains "1"

No, the fpi scripting language is not able to communicate with the operating system. It would take a re-write of the source code to make the game.exe create or change the txt file.

Ok so maybe not a txt file but is there any way for a varable or anything from fpsc that can remain when the game is off. Im trying to make, possibly a high score board or something i can use to convert a password save system to a smarter system.

Basicly can fpsc modify the outside world in any way ?
