here is a house i made and i thought i would give to all to use.
hope you like it its my first house and it took my about 30 min.
you have to make it fpsc ready and here is a screenshot

Textures are not proportional to the model, but looks ok I guess. pretty basic in my opinion. Try re-doing the textures to match the size of the building.
