I made an FPSC ready animated double barrell shotgun a while back.
A search for "shotgun" should bring you right to it.

aeroware, those gun's look "[mod edit]" because they are just flat model's that have been extruded with no detail on them.

Ideally, it should probably be both so it's easier to model. That's just my opinion however.
