Is it possible to bring up a list of all .exe files run on my computer within a certain time range? Ive tried using the windows search but it will only bring up when the file was modified.

Do you mean a time range of when the program was run ? If so, your probably out of luck.

if you have a server like MS Exchange, and you logged into your pc with a virtual user account spawned from the server, it should have a record if setup correctly about your movements and programs.

perhaps a third party plugin that tracks your usage might do it.
