I ordered it last night over steam because it was $14.95 and the reviewers said it was pretty good.

I am really liking it so far-- the Source engine is, in my opinion, one of the best, if not the best 3rd party engine available.

And there was a bonus--- Sin 1 came with the deal, and I really enjoyed playing Sin when it was released in '98

Anyone else???

I quite liked the original Sin, it was good fun over LAN.

Not terribly interested in the new one(s) to be honest.

was that the game which had a map where you went through doors which changes the axis you played on (or local gravity), causing other players to look like they were running on your ceiling and others on walls?

Wait, SIN? Like, Sin the totally awesome FPS game with some of the greatest LAN action in history? SIN with that awesome map where you were super-tiny running around in an office or something of the like? THAT GAME RULED. hehe I loved that game! Back when we (my friends, my brother and sister/ their friends, and myself) first started having serious LAN parties in 1999, we played three games religiously: Sin, Populous, and Rogue (the REAL Rogue... Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear). While everyone had their favorite games, Sin was often the one we'd play for hours and hours, with the other games there to break the monotony of our extremely long-winded SIN sessions Dang it, now I need to go and buy this!

Yes, it has great multiplayer! If you order the new SiN Emergence from Steam (episode 1 I presume) then you get the original included

I bought it, played it and got to the part where you are in a sub (I think, or a ship) and have to swim underwater to get to something to open some stupid door, tried it a few times, failed to do it and never bothered playing it from then on. Was quite fun up to that point as well.
