i seen that their was a sink here but no cabnets so i thought i would build some for the sink and here they are.

The textures are way too light and cartoony for an fps. I'm sure they'd look nicer with lightmaps, but you should try and use the burn tool or something, and maybe lower saturation/brightness a bit.
