They have now confirmed officially that the hardware will never hit the market.
What I find staggering is how they have survived for this long? How have these people been able to eat?

Somebody will pay you if they are that stupid. One of our old directors was bankrupt 3 times (we have software that can check these things ) and the bank still gave the company a megaloan. Which they demanded back after 911 (Travel IT software house) causing us to have to sell to someone bigger.

AFAIK the Phantom hardware was going to be exactly what we already have with Xbox Live Arcade. Too late, too little really.

I remember the Phantom guys contacting us (AGES ago) asking for a version of DB for it.

Never happened obviously.
