Note, I'm not pissed off with TGC or anything, this is just a question
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Everytime I've ordered something from TGC in the past (using Western Union, btw), the final step is to send an email to sales@thegamcreators.com with info about the order.
Some days ago, I felt it was time to expand my collection of TGC products, so I went and ordered Extends.
On the final page in the ordering procedure, I was as usual prompted to email sales@thegamecreators.com
Some minutes after I sent this email, I received an automated reply, telling me to use the sites enquiry system instead.
No big deal about that, so I did.
After two days, I got a notification that that enquiry had been answered.
The answer, however, read (in other words, but....):
"I'm sorry to inform you that I've got no idea what your enquiry's about.
Please give me some more details."
Well, I gave the details, but it will probably take two to three days for them to reply to that.
Since I typed everything down after the given template (1: your name, 2: your adress, etc.) along with order ID's and quite obvious headlines, my question is now are you really supposed to order using the enquiry system?
As stated in the beginning of the post, no offence, just a question (but yeah, I am a little bored at the thought that I'll probably have to wait for this product until next week. Oh well... )
Det är väl så
Sorry it should say rick@ not sales@ on the Western Union page. I have updated the page to reflect this now. Please send your details to Rick and he'll sort it for you. You don't need to go via support again.
