Gamedesign er20,

An IDE is a programming environment, which includes a text editor(usually with a syntax highlighter), a compiler, and sometimes a debugger. DarkEdit is a programming environment created by Guy Savoiu for the DarkBasic language. It is an all around much more effecient way to program in the language. It also allows for the opening of multiple windows, which can be very useful when your program is using multiple #include files.

And you can even program a series of "quick command" templates using [CTRL+j] so anything you type often can be incorporated with a couple of keystrokes.

Enjoy your day.
