I know that there have been problems in the past with white, untextured entities, and I have the same problem with downloaded segments, but not entities, any suggestion? Thanks again guys!

checkthe texture path in the fps (may be different filetype) file

That is dumb'd down bro. FPS is for segments as FPE is to entities. Check the path to the texture in the downloaded segment FPS and make sure your texture exist where it's pointing.

open the fps of your choosing at look at the highlighted line.
