Firstoff.
You need to texture it and animate it.
To animate you could use Milkshape or fragmotion.
Then you export it as .X or .3ds
If you exported as .3ds then you use the 3ds to X converter and then you use the enity maker.

Entity maker won't make this a useable gun. Only a useable entity. There are no "free" programs to make this a gun, and if you don't have one of the weapon creation programs out there you'll have to do this by hand. I suggest taking one of the FPSC guns and dissecting it from the entity/hud.x files to the gamecore files to find out how it's done. This isn't an easy task by any means and is the reason there are no "free" products or very few that will do this for you out of the kindness of their hearts. Though there are threads, one by Codemaster, that offers help with gun questions.

There is someone (who is a braver person than I) who is offering to import your weapons into FPSC for free. You might check into that.
Locrian is right. It took me forever to learn how to import a weapon into FPSC.I do recommend you purchase one of the weapon importing programs.
The posititoning portion of those programs alone will save you untold time and aggravation.
